Just a few final touches until the Tumalo Cider House is complete; trim around the doors and ceiling, a final inspection and then..... BA BOOM.......the equipment will be moved in. The question is, when will the snow slow down so we can get the tanks over the pass???? Hoping within the next couple weeks.
Here are some images of us ruining perfectly edible apples earlier today. Our groundbreaking is scheduled for next week, but in the meantime the Tumalo Cider team has got to wet their whistle to beat the oncoming desert heat.
Kelly and Jeff are getting ready to load up some kegs! The deer came by looking for some of the deliciousness but since they couldn't get through these walls they ate all our beautiful bulb blooms (supposedly deer resistant!) . The amazing smell of cider being made in the Tumalo Cider house is a dream come true. We can't wait to get it out Bend next week!
